From the planning to the coordination of the Wedding Day on-site – minimum 2 senior wedding coordinators during the Big Day, we are responsible of the entire wedding arrangements and set up previously defined by the Moodboard.

From the design to the logistics we plan and coordinate all the services connected with the wedding – i.e.flower decors, entertainment, transports, photographers, videomakers, accommodations, beauty services, car hiring, kids entertainment, menu tastings, ..
We can also help you to manage the documents for the civil/religious rights. We guarantee a constant communication with the personal wedding planner by e-mails and Skype calls.

Every supplier will be payed directly from the client to the final vendor by bank transfers, to guarantee the best transparency of the business relationship.
The agreements will be written and translated by us and, in case you’d like to change any detail -in particular after Covid restrictions-, we will do our best to do it.

Amazing Wedding Planners. Giada, Anna and the team delivered the most incredible wedding for my husband John and I. We live in London and they made having a foreign wedding so much easier for us. Every supplier they found was of top quality and perfect for what we were looking for. Once found, they made sure we were able to communicate directly with the suppliers who were there all day, so we could really let them know the mood we were going for. If any supplier was above our budget they worked with us to negotiate whenever we asked. The team work tirelessly to make sure everything is perfectly in place for the wedding, especially in the lead up a few weeks prior and around the wedding itself. We had 170 people at a 3 day wedding and each event they did whatever they could to make it run as smoothly as possible. Even if we wanted a last minute change, they made it happen. Not only are they extremely professional, but they are absolutely lovely people and we had a lot of fun whenever we were with them :). I would 100% recommend them as wedding planners.
